I got a query about <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Francisco_Carriedo\">Francisco Carriedo<\/a> and if I knew anything about the man. He was a military officer who served as Capitan General of the Philippines back in early 1700s. He was the benefactor who supported the creation of Manila&#8217;s water system.
