BURGALETA I have not found many information about this surname, only taht
is tipical of Navarra, and that there is a branche in Bergara (Gipuzkoa)
Coat of arms: En azur cinco bandas de oro. Bordura de azur con ocho
eslabones de sable, perfilados en oro
Meaning: its difficult to know, but I think it is a basque surname with a
lathin element BURGO: town, and the basque sufix ETA: that can have the
sense of plurality, but also in toponims means place.
BURGALETA (MORE ABOUT)
Hoy he encontrado otra posibilidad etimologica para BURGALETA
(Pamplona)
