ERMIGARAT this is probably a variation of the surname ERMIGARATE, because
in the books I have look up, always appear Ermigarat, as a variation of
Ermigarate born (the variation) in Uruguay, I don't know if it is truth,
but it is sure than there are Ermigarat families in Uruguay.
ERMI: means hermita, little church, and GARATE: means mountain pass
There is a very unfrequent surname, there are only families with the
surname Ermigarat in Uruguay, and with Ermigarate in Basse Navarre: Les
Aldudes, and in Navarre: Lizaso
