Navarro isn't an apellido but rather an appelative that was given
to the Navarees that left to live outside of
Navarra and that was converted into a surname later on. There are caserios that carry the name Nafarrola,
Nafarrondo, Nafarra and Nafarroa. In Navarra, this surname exists, although in
your case it is difficult to know
it's origin.
