This surname originates in Lezaun, Navarra. Also, there is a palace in
Urra and one in Murillo, Navarra.
The name means "Hazelnut Tree" or "A grove of that type of trees", from
Urr (Hazelnut Tree) and the suffix, "a" (which is a contraction of "aga"
which means the place of something).
There are a few variations in coats of arms, but the most general is:
On a field of gold, three black cauldrons arranged in a triangle.
